Nestled between Humber and Credit River is a lively town. It is filled with fun activities that you can take part in. I went for a weekend vacation and I have to say that I had a great experience. There are so many things to do and see. If you are planning to visit the city anytime soon, here are the best things to do.

  • Alton Mill Arts Center

This is referred to as the jewel of an art scene. It organizes monthly shows and an extensive range of events. With time, it is turning out to be one of the topmost attractions of South Ontario. Nestled at the heart of the village, the art center showcases the work of various artists. The works are truly inspiring and great to look at.

  • Belfountain Conservation Area

I went to check out the Belfountain Conservation Area. Trust me; this is a great spot to walk. There are some well-marked trails and if you want you can secure information about how long and hard these trails are before start with one of them. I took the pond trail to have a look at the suspension bridge. Also, since I not much experienced, I preferred taking trails that were there. Spend some time taking pictures to create memories for a lifetime.

  • Spirit Tree Estate Cidery

My love for apples took me to this estate. Here, you can taste sweet apple cider and also hard cider that is quite famous. What’s great is that they also served wood-fired stone baked food such as pastries, pies, and breads. There is a tasting room for tasting cheese and other produce. This is must-visit destinations for foodies. You are going to enjoy some delectable food in this estate that you are never going to forget.
